Refund & Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is also required.

To start a return request, please contact us at nexaroonlinestore@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request photo or video evidence showing the problem.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • a replacement item

  • a partial refund

  • a full refund

In some cases, returning the item may not be required.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost during transit, we may offer a replacement or refund after reviewing the shipment status and tracking information.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • used or worn items

  • items damaged through misuse

  • normal wear and tear

  • sale items or gift cards

  • personalized or custom-made products

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return approval first and place a new order separately once your return has been processed.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return or refund request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the funds appear in your account.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
